The project in winter term 2009/2010 titled “Kuratierter Konsum” (“curated consumption”)
dealed with different facetes of the design of consumption between commodities and concept stores.
The artistic research delved into spaces where consumption is taking place (like department stores, exhibition spaces)
and into images the commodities need to get consumized (like magazines, advertisment).
Biotop 3000 in person of Ronald Kolb teaches as a guest lecturer since October 2009 to date
at the Merz Akademie, Hochschule für Gestaltung.
